Raffle Procedures: Online orders will use a combination of the order number concatenated with the quantity, for example order number 100 purchased 3 tickets, so their numbers are 1001, 1002 and 1003. In-person purchases are more traditional, with raffle tickets containing the numbers. Online and off-line ticket sales are tracked in the same database, which will be queried for a random entry on Tuesday, June 29th
