Helping older adults get to the community center when transportation is a challenge.
Sometimes the hardest part about participating isn’t deciding to come… it’s getting here.
The Parkville Living Center believes everyone deserves the opportunity to stay connected, active, and engaged in their community. We want to help our older adults get to our community centers. Give us a call and we will work with local transportation providers to pick you up from home and get you to the Parkville Living Center.
Our transportation program helps remove one of the biggest barriers older adults face: getting where they want to go safely and reliably.

How it Works
Step 1 – Call the Parkville Living Center at 816-741-6824
Step 2 – We’ll talk a little and determine if transportation is available
Step 3 – We’ll schedule your ride
Step 4 – You enjoy your visit!
Then we’ll help get you home.
Who Can Use the Program?
Transportation to our center may be available for older adults who:
✔ Live in Platte County
✔ Need assistance getting to Parkville Living Center programs
✔ Have limited transportation options
A modest rider contribution may be requested depending on distance
